As a CSR, you'll have the opportunity to grow within the company, with many of our team members advancing to become licensed insurance agents, managers, and more.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly pay range of $40,000-$60,000, including bonuses
- Generous paid time off, with 2 weeks accrued after the first 90 days and 3 weeks after 5 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and in-person interactions
- Collaborate with producers and team members to meet client needs
- Learn and utilize various technologies, including AMS and CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience
- Active 4 40, 20 44 or 2 20 license
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
